Like that it's close to a grocery store and a mall with a good food court. Like that we can bring our dog. Having a small kitchen was nice. We made dinner a few of times. It's our favorite hotel to stay at in the area.

Week long stay at this Towneplace with our kids. Great service, great breakfast (best hotel scrambled eggs I’ve ever had), great location. Unfortunately, no hot tub and pool is outdoors so our time there was limited. Overall a great stay.

My son said the eggs were “mid”. Room was clean, staff was friendly, and the linen plentiful. Daily breakfast, while not extensive, offered an acceptable variety of drinks and morning foods. I would stay at this hotel again. Eden Prairie is a very nice area with plenty of stores and food option very nearby with easy access to roads. The roads… OMG… could they have more roads torn up in and around Minneapolis. Be prepared for heavy delays when driving anywhere near Minneapolis.

We had minor AC and satilete TV issues, which were corrected promptly after desk staff was notified. The walls are thin, which could lends itself to noise exposure. The kitchenette was great.

Great place to stay!

My friend suggested this hotel because it was inexpensive and close by my conference, so I booked my room last minute and I got a great price! My room was very clean and smelled like fresh soap so clean! It was a little gem! The room had a kitchenette and a nice little couch with an ottoman that had a little table attached very convenient for my work. The bed was slightly firm but comfortable. Continental breakfast was good and the service was wonderful. Everybody was very friendly and helpful.

This property is in a prime location directly off the freeway and near all accessible stores( Cub foods, Eden Prairie Mall, Asian Mall, Walmart, Target, Dollar Tree, etc). Not even including all the food options, gyms, other retail stores Best Buy is next door. It was perfect for a visit from out of town not knowing where you are going. The staff Sheena, she was extremely friendly and helpful! She guided us every way we needed to go. Great directions. The pool just opened and the families were able to enjoy. The only downside was the noise level if your on a lower floor and have nose makes for neighbors. There was a lot of police patrol and action at the grocery store across the way one night. A) it was great to see a presence for protection B) not so sure if that type of behavior I was keen to. I definitely don’t want to be in area with crime. But overall it was a great stay!

It’s Meh.

There were zero amenities in the room. Our set up was two bedrooms and a mini kitchen and there wasn’t even enough silverware or plates, etc for our family. There was also no kitchen soap to wash anything - when I called the front desk she said, “We are all out. We don’t have any.” The bathroom was VERY worn out. Majorly chipped tub, toilet was stained, walls banged up. We needed bedding for the pull out couch and she never brought it up. I had to go get it myself. We could also hear everyone’s door shutting. The breakfast was nice. It worked for what we needed it to - but I wouldn’t go back with my family.
