Terrible customer service. Now I will admit i was early for my reservation. But when showing up a few hours early to an empty hotel I thought I would ask if I could check in or at the very least leave my luggage there. I was told both those things would require an extra fee. Okay I understand we all need to make money. But the fees were more than the reservation. They admitted my room was available and clean and ready but wouldn't let me check in early without paying more than the room was costing me. But was told if I wanted to come back in a few hours they would let me check in still early but no fee. Okay I decide to come back at the time the manager told me for and guess what he had left. Now there was no manager working anywhere in the hotel so can't check you in until a new manager shows up. Which ended up not happening until after my actual check in time. Then when I get to my room it would of been brightly lit except only 2 out of the 7 lightbulbs worked. And on top of that the only wall outlet that seemed to work was the one that the tv was plugged into but couldn't even unplug the tv as it seemed to be super glued into the outlet. So no working outlets and no working lights. The room itself was dirty . Asked for a new room and again they attempted to charge me another fee for changing rooms as I had already walked into the dirty no power one so they would have to clean it again. Just terrible customer service. Honestly just try another hotel in this area.
