At checkin shylynn was amazing. She was also very helpful to us in navigating the downtown area. I had called the hotel twice before we got there and spoke to her both times! A plus customer service! Way to go

We enjoyed the experience and the bed was very comfortable - perhaps the most comfortable I've ever experienced! The staff were polite and helpful. The parking is a frustrating endeavor, especially if you select a parking garage too far away or too expensive to bother with. There is a parking garage close by which was far less expensive.

Nice if you need to be downtown and flyimg in.

Ok stay. Parking and drop off are a joke. One little area in the back for drop off and they use the little space for valet parking. 2 blocks to the nearest parking garage. But also 2 block to tram that you can use to get anywhere!! Its awsome.

The hotel was clean and the staff was super helpful. We stayed on a Thursday night and we did not hear a sound. The free breakfast was a typical continental breakfast. The view out our window was a white brick wall. We did not change rooms because we were only sleeping there for 1 night. Other than the view-it was a great stay.
