Horrible.
It was gross, we didn’t even stay the night! The faucet wasn’t attached fully to the sink, there was a whole in the bathroom door, the air didn’t work, the bed was horrible, the kitchen was dirty and sticky. We just left after a while. I want to get a refund since we didn’t stay there because it was so bad.

I will not be back and I am an extended stay loyalist for 15 years now. This is sad and it hurts plus the roaches went into my food when I sat it down and went to the bathroom. I wasted my money on the food.

The worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Upon arrival a boy was riding his bike down the hallway. That should have been our first clue. In our room we had baby cockroaches on the floor, and throughout the night the light sensor continued to react to any movement, turning all of the main lights on in the room. The sheets were clean, that was the one positive. Along the baseboards was a collection of grease and dust that is a perfect environment for the ants that marched alongside the walls. I would highly recommend NOT staying at this property.

Night clerk had no personality. 1 key for 2 people. Floors were dirty. Someone urinated in the West end stairwell that was already unkept. Room was comfortable, however have to request any kitchen amenities. Not even a coffee maker. Looked like a fist punch in bathroom door. Bathroom sink slow to drain. Chose an Extended Stay because we came out for a specific food we planned to come back and enjoy. Right next to the highway with some sketchy people in parking lot relieving themselves. Planned to add photos, but app won't allow me.

1st night had to change rooms due to the tv not working the front desk person put us in a dirty room and said that it was cleaned. This began the 8 days of roaches saga. The manager finally came to the rescue (he has been on vacation) he put us in a cleaner room. The final 3 days were much better

The floors were filthy. We had to wear shoes the entire time. And the bed had the thinnest of covers. It was humid even with the air on and the bed was small with lumps for pillows. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

The room was not cleaned, when I walked in the room all I could smell was alcohol and puke that was in the sink, the bathroom sink was clogged. There were no garbage cans in there the carpet bed and chair were dirty. I didn't get any rest because all I wanted to do was get out.

Very dirty. A lot of weird guys around the hotel make barbekue. Probably they live in the hotel like in the apartment rent. The room had the smell from the bathroom. This place is now number 1 in our list as NEVER again.

I have never done this before, but once we saw the condition of our room, we walked back to the front desk and asked for a refund. There was a hole punched in the bathroom door, I saw an ant on the fridge, the beds were just cots, the screen on the window was shredded, and there was a lot of other wear and tear on the room. We felt super unsafe, especially staying with two kids. We walked in, took in all the damage, and walked back out. I will saw the front desk staff was super kind. They were great and gave us our money back with no questions asked.

I was charged more than the price I was promised through Expedia and I did not receive a room with 2 beds as I requested. Jermaine at the front desk was awesome and settled the overcharge the following morning. The room smelled terrible and the window could not be left open to air it out as there was a fist sized hole in the screen. The sofa bed in the room lacked a mattress and was scratched by a cat. I was told this was the last room they had left.
