Put up fast for the boom and hasn't been updated.
Staff was friendly and helpfull, but $5 a can of pop or bottle of juice is a little predatory when it's the only option in the hotel. My biggest beef was for 125$ a night you would expect a mediocre tv, but I'd put the one in our room at 10+years old, 720P is probably generous. little things like the bathroom toilet being faced considerably to the right instead of parallel with the wall, and the pillar in the room being nowhere near straight. Just ODD stuff

They didn’t change out the bedding from the last person that stayed in the room. It still had like pizza sauce on both beds. And it wasn’t a stain either.. it just wasn’t washed. And also the male house keeping didn't even knock.. he just opened the door and peeked inside to see if we were still in there before we were even supposed to check out.

Front desk attendants were friendly; breakfast attendant was helpful and on top of it. The pool got a little crazy but everyone seemed to still have a good time. There was running in the hallway later at night and kids knocking on doors but nothing we had to call the front desk about.

The two gentlemen, who worked the evening shift, were wonderful. First impression is important and they definitely gave the hotel a good first impression. In fact, most of the people working were so polite and accommodating. The pool was great, but very busy in the evenings and a lot of unsupervised teenagers making the waterslides unsafe for the younger kids. The layout of the pool area was, for lack of better wording, dumb. Limited seating, blindspots everywhere, as an adult with younger kids we had to stand in the pool at the bottom of the waterslides to keep an eye on the kids. The rooms were clean and spacious, but you can hear your neighboring rooms and you can hear the people above you everytime they move. The rooms could use a little attention, in one of our rooms, the microwave didn't work and there were holes in the closet doors, in another room the sink didn't drain properly and had a foul odor, in the last room we had the toilet ran every few minutes. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for individuals who want a quiet stay, lots of children (because of the waterslides) so noise should be expected and tolerated by all. I would recommend this hotel for families who want their kids to have endless hours of fun in the pool, and want a comfortable, spacious room. Overall, we really enjoyed our 4 night stay and will probably visit again, once the kids are a bit older.
