Old and in disrepair

Hotel is in disrepair, shower drain was plugged, shower spout was ready to fall off, floors were VERY dirty, hotel ventilation is extremely loud and the back entrance to the hotel had a leaking roof which dripped on you when you used the stairs, poor breakfast, but the bed was good.

Property was FAIR ,for expedia price ..The breakfast had REALLY great options. I would like to plead for the establishment just to pay the extra $ to recieve childrens channels. Im not a tech savy person so streaming my phone for channels was not an option . And please hire someone to fix that gate between the baby pool and the deep end . 2 rods have broken off and left sharp edges that got my kids foot . They kept up really well with the pool towels exchanges. Get atmosphere all around . We had a dirty bathroom but we did check in early so maybe they just hadnt got to it ? The rest of the room was clean . Beds were made well .

The room smelled like paint, the fan in the bathroom didn't work and it smelled musty and like mildew when it got warm in there from taking a shower, there were only enough towels for 2 people and we had 4 in our party. The comfort had stains on it. The rod to open the shade to the patio door broke on 1st use. Half of the channels on the TV didn't work. Around 9 pm there were 2 girls running up to patio doors knocking on them and then running back and jumping in the pool. There were a group of kids constantly running through the halls around the top floor of the pool. We were constantly woke up by the large group of adults that were out in the pool area drinking and being so loud and arguing until 3:40 am we barely got any sleep and we had to be awake at 6 am to go to the event that we were in town for.

Stayed one night there. Somehow someone got our room keys after 10 pm and barged into our room. We had kids in there and they wouldn’t shut the door when told “what do you want” and the door continued to stay open. 10-15 minutes after that the fire alarm was pulled somewhere in the building. Nothing was done to compliment our stay and it was a very bad experience.

Great stay for a great price!

Convenient to mall and restaurants!! Loved seeing the families with kids enjoying the beautiful pool and hot tub! Only recommendation would be for an elevator as carrying luggage up a short flight of stairs could be difficult for some people!
