Stay would have been great but for the non-stop barking dog in the room above ours. I complained to front desk and they apologized, indicating they would look into it right away. After another 30minutes I got out of bed, dressed and went upstairs to verify where the animal was. I then went back to the front desk and the woman who took my call wasnot there. The new night guy (I assume) said he knew nothing about what I was talking about and I got upset with him - I said if they could not control the animal then maybe they should leave. It was another 30 minutes until the thing calmed down. Too bad cause this was a very nice hotel but if they are not going to take care of client concerns then they can expect to lose customers

Customer service was not great… room was not cleaned to my standard. Hot-tub jets we’re not working and the auto front door did not work. The bed was comfortable and we slept good but overall quite disappointing.

We had a nice stay here; the property was clean and well kept and the staff were very friendly and helpful. A couple of things that may have made our stay a bit better: 1. The coffee maker in the room did not have a pot/carafe to actually make coffee in. We appreciated the coffee at the continental breakfast but still found it strange that the coffee maker in the room wasn't actually usable. 2. The card keys to get into the room didn't work half the time. Had to swipe them over and over and over multiple times before they would unlock the door. Sometimes they just never worked and we had to go to the front desk. A fairly minor thing, but still an inconvenience. 3. The window in the room did not close/lock properly, so it got quite cold in the room at night and whistled loudly when it was windy outside. Also was a bit concerning re: security, it felt like it would not have taken much effort for someone to get through the window if they wanted to (we were on the main floor). 4. One of the mattresses/bed skirts had a gross brown stain on it; the bed sheets were clean, but it still kind of grossed us out. Otherwise, we had a very nice stay and would have no concerns staying there again. For the price, we were quite happy.

Room wasn’t clean, changed sheets and the pad under the window the night we checked in. Then had the room cleaned the next day. From 12-4 AM the room next to us was loud, dog barking. When we call down to asked the front desk staff to do something about it they didn’t believe us.

Family Vacation. Very low price, relative to other properties. We booked due to proximity to shopping. Continental breakfast. Staff either new or not motivated. Hot tub jets not working, but the water was hot and served as a soaker tub. The hotel met the expectations of the low price.

In Minot for work. 9 days here this time, TV and remote didnt work until day 4. No housekeeping in my room the entire stay. Including garbages or towel changes. Previous stays here were better.

Initial room had plugged bathroom sink, changed room. Initial room was nonsmoking but smelt of smoke. Breakfast was not what it once was. Only hot option of pancakes was not working and front desk staff could not fix it, not a lot of options which will deter me from staying there again.
