Our room was filthy, the whole property could use an overhaul. The fan in our room was constantly clinking and the beds are awful. They have been so well used that you sink into a hole in the middle. There is rust everywhere in the water park and it is unsafe. My son sliced his hand on a guard rail. There was only one person working the continental breakfast and couldn’t keep up so everything was empty except for eggs. The staff were all kind and doing their best but the property itself needs some major repair and maintenance work.

The check in staff were great but it went downhill when we got to the pool , the toddler pool was full of hair and the water was cloudy and after about 30 min of our kid playing in it a came and said it was closed due to a kid puking in it but there was no sign or anything and when I asked why there was no sign he said I don’t got one no offence but if the water is contaminated and the pool area is closed there should be a sign and honestly the whole pool area looks like a dive now very disappointed

It was fine. I'm glad that I had a discounted rate. Wouldn't probably stay here again their regular rate price. The pool area was really dirty, and garbage around while we were there. There were no portable cribs/pack n plays available, even tho it says there are on Expedia. The staff at the breakfast seemed absolutely miserable. And we're honestly kind of rude anytime someone tried talking to them.

Charged $300 for something not my fault
I got in late with my 6 year old daughter, we were exhausted and ready to go to sleep. Upon entering the room there was a large hole in the wall. I was going to let the front desk know but also noticed the mirror was falling apart, the shower door was missing, it was replaced with a curtain, there was a whole/flaking on the wall in the bathroom and my outlets on my nightstand weren’t working. So I thought clearly they just don’t care about the hotel, once again I was tired and at least the room seemed clean so I said whatever. The next morning I was brushing my teeth and the water wasn’t draining great. I saw a lime wedge that was super old was in the drain. Upon leaving I let them know about that so they could remove it. I figured even if the room is falling apart it should at least be clean. Also there is no way house keeping could have missed the damage prior. Come today I am being charged $300 for said hole. I have tried to call 3 times to speak to management without a return call yet. I will be fighting this as it’s ridiculous. I feel like prior to charging me they should check with housekeeping and when it was cleaned last. Maybe they hadn’t cleaned it prior to me. Who knows but I’m barely 100lbs, I doubt I could even make a dent in the wall and I’m being charged without a call first to even ask. I am so upset.

This property is in desperate need of upgrades. The rooms and pool area need some deep cleaning and basic maintance. The pool has multiple lights burnt out and lots of rust and paint peeling. Our bathroom corners had lots of dirt that needs to be scrubbed.
