Quirky building to navigate

I have stayed at this Motel 6 previously but forgot that it is a confusing hotel to get around in. This hotel has several entrances labelled A,B,C & D and you need to know which entrance is closest to your room. The first floor is a sub-basement which means you do have to go down 4 or 5 steps to reach the hallway. However, the desk clerks are really good at getting you to the correct door. It is clean and the beds are comfortable although the mattresses are starting to show their age. They are still quite comfortable but are softer than I like due to wear. It won’t be long before they are lumpy. There is no breakfast offered which might be off putting for some but doesn’t really matter to me. Coffee and tea and a coffe maker are available in the room and a soft drink machine is near the exit doors. And the ultimate question? Would I stay there again? Definitely yes. A few quirks make life interesting!

We recently stayed at Motel 6 in Minot and had a pleasant, comfortable experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment we checked in, making the process quick and easy. Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants, gas stations, and stores. We appreciated the pet-friendly policy, which made traveling with our furry family member stress-free. The rates were very reasonable for the quality of the stay, making it a great budget-friendly option. Overall, Motel 6 in Minot delivered exactly what we needed—affordable, clean, and comfortable lodging with kind customer service. We would happily stay here again when passing through the area.

This was a decent but very dated hotel. The building was extremely warm, and the in-room air conditioner was so loud it made it nearly impossible to sleep — but it was too hot not to use it. Unfortunately, this has been the case both times we've stayed here. Additionally, there always seem to be questionable individuals lingering around the entrance, which makes us feel uneasy coming and going. While the hotel is affordable, it’s definitely in need of updates and better overall security or monitoring.

We found candy in our room on the floor & a dirty face cloth was left hanging from the shower head. They could have offered us a small discount for these reasons. There was no restaurant inside the hotel which is fine but they could offer a continental breakfast.

For a budget motel, this place was quite nice. I did not use the indoor pool, but it looked lovely. Room was large and bed comfortable. TV worked well and so did internet. Towels were very good quality. The staff were very helpful about info in the city. Much was under construction near the motel and it made walking around to nearby stores and McDonalds very hard. I wish they had served breakfast, but they did not. There was a nearby McDonalds for breakfast.
