The check-in process was completely lacking. I stood outside for over an hour emailing calling and trying to get lit in the door. It says the front office is open, but you have to know how to get in the door. Apparently you have to use the keypad and click on one of the options that was available. But nowhere was that in the directions and the phone number to call the reception area was not taking phone calls and no one ever responded to my emails so I spent almost 2 hours standing outside until other people came along and let me in. Absolutely ridiculous!

The staff was very welcoming and accomodating as we all arrived as a group of 8 at different times. They were able to keep us all on the same floor and the room type were as promised. The rooms were very clean and we felt very safe. The front desk staff was helpful in dining recommendations as well as directions to the beach. All of their "local" recommendations were amazing! The treck to the beach was up and dosn many stairs but not the fault of the hotel. We would highly recommend a stay at the Bellevue.

Perfect location. Able to walk to all great areas. Hotel is very clean as was the room and staff was great AC was perfect and very quiet. One area to improve is breakfast choices-very limited overall great hotel and services. My wife loved her facial!

Fantastic luxurious stay with a gorgeous view of the Bay of Naples. Highly recommend.
