Very accommodating staff. Traveling with my family, including 2 children. We arrived in the area earlier than planned. I asked at the front desk what might be the earliest we could check in and they had a room ready for us within 20 minutes even though it was late morning. Nice variety of food for breakfast. Really liked the cascading waterfall into the hot tub.

I didn't stay because I booked with youl. I thought I was booking with Hilton and booked your non cancel room some-how. Cost to me was 1500.00 dollars. Booked my sons room through Hilton. Refund in less than 5 minutes. I'm the stupid one. Your website comes up first and looks identical to Hilton. I booked through you. I use this hotel often. It's good. Will never use and my firms travel will never use Expedia.
