It was apparent that this was a sub standard motel when we pulled in as paint was missing on most of the room doors. It was obvious that our rooms door had been kicked in at some point as the frame had been screwed back together. It looked like it hadn’t been redone since 1970s or earlier. Cheap repairs and minor damage evident throughout. LVP floors were so dirty that socks worn on them became dirty. Multiple lint spots on blankets/ sheets. Couldn’t wait to leave in the morning. Front desk staff was friendly and efficient.

The hotel is old and outdated but still serviceable in a total pinch. If you are on a budget, and have limited choices, this will work as long as you don't walk barefoot in the room. There is an odor I associate with old hotels. The biggest problem was the giant stain on the dark blue carpet that looked suspiciously like vomit, splatter and all. It looked like it was wiped up but that carpet has never seen a shampooer in its life. I had two separate dates booked but one look at the mess on the floor that was barely cleaned up, I cancelled my second booking and spent double plus tax for somewhere else. On the positive side, the shower has hot water and great pressure. .

The staff was great, our room was suppose to have a queen bed and I have to say that bed was a full size bed. The mattress probably needs to be changed out. Brooks rd sounded like a racetrack at night and people out on the balcony were loud at 230 in the am, but it was an ok stay

This place was filthy the carpet was stained and upon arrival on our room was a sign that basically made you feel like you could be robbed or worse at any moment. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly only nice thing to say. Attached is the sign that had all the warnings

Did have to have the staff fix the tv and the ac didn’t work. Fairly dated. And was told there would be breakfast and there wasn’t anything there. So I’d say this place is just ok
