Our room was not ready at the 300pm check in. We had a meeting and dinner plans in downtown so we weren’t able to freshen up and change clothes prior to our meeting. Other than that, property was sufficient for our 1 night stay.

There were a man rolling a joint in the handicap parking where I needed to park told the lady be hinde the desk and it was her boyfriend the was in the parking space yes not a safe or a pleasant place to stay poor service sad really

Our overall stay was okay, but the check-in process was very disappointing. When we arrived, there were two employees at the counter but only one was actually checking people in. No one greeted us when we walked in, no apologies for the wait, and guests were left standing in line with no acknowledgment as it kept growing. Even though we arrived 20 minutes after the official check-in time, we had to wait about 10 minutes just to get to the counter, only to be told our room wasn’t ready and wouldn’t be for another 45 minutes. We noticed other guests being turned away as well because their rooms weren’t ready. Once we finally got into our room, the rest of the stay was fine, but first impressions matter, and the check-in experience really set the wrong tone.
