The big dip-a-roo bed #320

The staff was wonderful, the place was clean, but the bed in room 320 was horrible and had a huge dip like someone layed there for years (the best probably really old). I tried to take pictures but I just couldn't get it to show. So uncomfortable and lastly they didn't have lotion bottles in the room (no biggy) but they had no stocked lotion in the guest convenient store either. They don't even carry it.

I like this place but the male clerk was hard to hear and I had to ask him a few times to repeat. I did not like that they put us so far away from the door and then after 4 in of snow, the walkway was not done and our shoes were soaked.

Clean but bare minimum, bring your own toiletries because they give you one tiny bar of soap and very small bottles of shampoo and conditioner. Only had enough towels for 2 people and we had three.

Smells!!!

The room upon entering smelled like it had been cleaned with bleach. We unpacked our stuff and the smell became stronger. Realized it smelled like chlorine from the pool below. The chlorine smell was so strong. We slept with the window open all night.

Comfy and Cozy

Stay was great. Kids loved the pool and amenities. Wish there were some sort of charging ports in the room to charge mobile devices like other locations have, however, the stay was comfortable and everyone had a great time! Will be back.
