The fan didn’t work in our room the first night, was hot/stuffy. Put complaint in again following morning, they fit it but offered no discount for inconvenience!!!!! Had problems with not enough hot water to take shower. Then to top it off their system for cards kept canceling ours!!! They blame it on your cell phone, ridiculous they take no responsibility for not upgrading their system!!! Old and run down, needs major updates for sure. WILL NEVER EVER TO HERE AGAIN RATHER SLEEP IN MY DAMN CAR!!! You need to spend money if you want to make money!!!

Didnt like Expedia customer service. Wevwentvto changevl our reservation from 2 nights to 1 night. The CSR said ihat they changed it, but they didnt. Luckiy the hotel honered the change. Im notvusing expedia snymore. Im calling the hotel direct. Happy trails Expedia.
