No one at the front desk! Waited 20 minutes for someone to come! Then they walked in with a male friend, who made himself right at home, making a cup of coffee! The person then began to argue with me about why no one was at the desk, I asked the desk person to stop and get me checked in. It had been a 600 mile day, my wife is severely disabled and had to wait in a 88 degree + car! The desk person still kept on rattling, I tried to maintain my cool, but finally said we hadn’t ever been treated like this, and we haven’t! We have put on more than 6,000 miles and were always greeted by a smiling face and a welcome, to our motel!! Because of this I can’t say I would ever stay here again or recommend it to anyone else! We have stayed at 17 different motels in the last 4 weeks, this the worst front desk of all! We did nothing to deserve this treatment, if the friend thought I was out of line he would be a liar! There is more to the story, I however am done with mine!! DISTURBED, AND DISAPPOINTED CONSUMER!! Never argue wit the customer!! We are not perfect but we are always right!!
