The receptionist who greeted us at check-in was very frosty and curt. The room was good. However, I have never stayed in an hotel before where room cleaning is chargeable. Expecting the room to be serviced daily is a normal requirement

Great staff and located next to the main train station. In-house restaurant is small so try getting there early to avoid over crowding.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Service is amazing. Great location near the JR train station and surrounding areas with restaurants and stores. 15-20 minute walk to the hub of Fukuoka shopping and restaurants

室内はとても綺麗でした～ お風呂風呂自動、おいだきあり 入室の際、玄関扉を開けるのに理解しにくくて苦労しました。 誰かぎ出てきて取り敢えず入室してからゆっくり考えて検証しました～ ヨーク考えればわかるのですが早く入りたくて！！ 博多駅から15分ちょっと歩くのが苦にならなければ快適です。 タクシーも利用しました。 1000円ちょっと 混んでると1200円越えてました

The hotel was large and had good amenities but my wife stepped on a finger nail from a previous guest and then she found several more laying on the carpet. The couch was in terrible shape, the pleather was pealing off and getting everywhere. The mattresses were very hard and you could feel the springs as you were sleeping. On the good side the shower was large with plenty of room
