The location is centrally located to main events and the center. The staff was extremely helpful and responsive. Breakfast was great and the room was immaculate. On my next visit, I no longer have to search for a location as this would be my go to hotel.

Amazing place and amazing service minded staff. We lost our wallet in a buss and the reception desk staff turn every thing to get into contact with the buss company and the next day we had our wallet. So nice and its quite in city center as well. Recommend for families! :)

Because of the Hotell policy, you felt not welcome. They needed dokuments for security for stay and they wanted passport something we by law should not deliver to orher, but Hotel can take copy under supervision. And when you come to the room it is not the big welcome to our hotel and hope you will have a nice stay. Instead you se a pricelist of fines you may have if you excessivly stain or torn bed sheets is EUR 100. I understand that you need to replace the item. But the price should be in accordance to the buing price of a new sheet for your company ant that is an completely different price. So my feeling after seeing this is that I am not welcomed and that you don't trust me at all and you want to take advantage of cutomers.

All staff were amazingly helpful. The property has the greatest location and it is affordable. I highly recommend it.

Excellent service !

This was such a comfortable and pleasant stay. I had a huge room with a balcony. The staff were excellent and gave service on such a high level. The pool and spa were so relaxing. Unfortunately no decaffeinated coffee.
