Great room and staff!

Much better than expected, really nice spacious room with modern decor. Very friendly staff. Free little sweets on reception desk. Will definitely look to return to an ACE hotel in the future.

No wifi small room for families

For 9 euros breakfast is good. I do not recommend getting a family room. Its too small no where to move. Shuttle available only on certain time check with the reception before making plans. The big down side no internet no Wi-Fi

It was a fine stay for the money to be near the airport. However, it was hot and the air conditioning didn't work properly. It also had no ice machine but that could just be a European thing.

I had a reservation for two nights, but due to a delayed flight from South America, I emailed the hotel to inform them of my new estimated arrival time. They replied, thanking me for the update. However, when we arrived, the front desk told us they had canceled our reservation because we hadn’t shown up—despite their acknowledgment of my message. After showing them their own email response and waiting for 30 minutes, they eventually found us another room. Thankfully, my husband speaks French and was able to help, as no one at the front desk spoke English. We were exhausted and hungry after a long flight, but the hotel breakfast was disappointing—€10 for hard bread, stale croissants, and very few options. There’s also nothing within walking distance of the property. I will not be returning to this hotel.

This is the review I needed when making my decision to book at this hotel. I would not stay here without a car. This hotel is fine, economical and clean, but there is nothing around it but warehouses. It is 15 minutes from the airport and the shuttle only runs very early or dinner time and it is not included with the price of the hotel. Stay closer to CDG if you don’t have your own vehicle.

Quick stop overnight in Paris very close to the airport but quite a bit away from city center . Would recommend to stay there if you are quick layover but not for any other reason. The rooms were small but clean and service was good.
