I had a reservation for two nights, but due to a delayed flight from South America, I emailed the hotel to inform them of my new estimated arrival time. They replied, thanking me for the update. However, when we arrived, the front desk told us they had canceled our reservation because we hadn’t shown up—despite their acknowledgment of my message.
After showing them their own email response and waiting for 30 minutes, they eventually found us another room. Thankfully, my husband speaks French and was able to help, as no one at the front desk spoke English.
We were exhausted and hungry after a long flight, but the hotel breakfast was disappointing—€10 for hard bread, stale croissants, and very few options. There’s also nothing within walking distance of the property.
I will not be returning to this hotel.
