Everything was good….Staff, size etc. There was an odor from the toilet room. Need to constantly spray the odor eliminator

We had a great time, the rooms were clean and had everything you need. We travelled with kids and they enjoyed all the activities/snacks they had for them and the little play area. We were right on the edge of dotonbori so easy to access a lot in the area and also a major train stop nearby. The staff were very nice and gave us a lot of information and recommendations. We definitely recommend this hotel with so many amenities.

Very convenient location if you’re into visiting other cities nearby like Osaka and Nara. The hotel is very clean and looks quite new with big rooms. Love the free afternoon snack and evening drinks.
