Central location barring the construction going around next door. Kitchen facilities were ok but need to be upgraded especially the cooking stove. Our stay was good but they need to have a better way to do inventory check… standing there going through the #of spoons, folks, pots, hangars, curtains, etc is a little bit petty.

I had a great time here...top notch service from the front desk to the wait staff at the restaurant..in addition the beds were very comfortable.. the hotel decor and art was Afro themed which I really appreciated.

All was good at the Heron Hotel.

Very helpful and courteous staff

Lovely and helpful staff. Location was pretty good for there is the waterfront with a few restaurants and supermarket down the street- extremely close. Room was pretty clean- with teapot and coffee/tea options. Just a little hair in the shower drain ( happens in most hotels but still a little offputting). Loud parties/noises happened randomly (due to other guests) at 2-3am but still a nice place to stay.

Excellent staff. Chelsea the receptionist really helped us settle in.
