We enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and efficient. The rooms were spacious and clean. The lobby, entrance, breakfast area and the pool area were updated nicely. The location is very close to the entrance to Arches National Park.

My stay was ok. The room was clean and nice. Bed was comfortable. AC worked great. Maids opened my door 4 times all before checkout time and after i called the front desk twice about. I didn't know i needed to deadbolt the door to protect my from staff lol. Very annoying getting woken up.

Loved our stay. Will probably go back again.

The breakfast was good, but the buffet needs to have pork alternatives, so we couldn't eat any meat. Need either beef or turkey substitute. The staff was amazing, very helpful, and kind. The room was great, but it did not have a ceiling fan as advertised in the description or photos. The hot tub was nice, but not hot enough, and the jets could be a little more powerful. The mountainview outside our windows was majestic and it was so close to the Arches National Park, which was nice to not have to drive too far. The town of Moab is really a great place.

We stayed 4 nights for a bike event in Moab and really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff was friendly, great breakfast, clean rooms and very comfortable beds. Location was perfect for our bike rides. Definitely would stay here again!

The grounds are very pretty, green, and have many places to sit, enjoy the views,a nice playground for kids, too. The pool looked very nice, too. Our room had a ceiling fan and a window that actually opened Nice to have coffee maker, fridge separate from bathroom area, too. Sink is outside of toilet &shower, too. Very comfortable bed and good ac unit.

Good hotel, poor food

Hotel was fine, service pretty good and welcoming and the pool very welcome after a hot day. But the breakfast was terrible. Plenty of it but tasteless and lukewarm at best.

We just stayed 1 night and was convenient to Arches, Canyonlands national parks. Breakfast was ok. The only negative we had was the noise. We were on the first floor and could hear loud footsteps above us until about 9:00 pm.
