Rooms looked to have been updated recently. There was a nice open area with tables and chairs on the back side of the property. But the jacuzzi was very dirty and in serious need of cleaning and repairs

Great Arches NP location

The room was large and well layed out. The location in regards to Arches NP is excellent. My only complaint is that we were in a downstairs room, and we could hear every footstep and every bathroom trip from the people above us.

It’s a really clean hotel. The fact that the floors had hardwood was such an awesome feeling. There’s a microwave and a mini fridge in. The room. The beds were comfortable. Glad we chose this property

The check in process wasnt great, a bunch of teenagers running the place. We were told to wait for check in because we were early, a bit rudely, IMHO. No chance for a king room, and no mention of the included breakfast.

Need comfortable seating for 2 people instead of 1 semi comfortable chair for 1 person. It would be nice to have the bathroom fan and light on separate switches so the light in the bathroom could be left on at night for night visibility without having the fan running all night.

Great property close to Arches and Canyonlands national parks. Very spacious and comfortable rooms. Nice large pool and hot tub. Very limited breakfast options. Housekeeping is poor- despite telling the front desk and hanging the room service sign in front of our door, the room wasn’t serviced. When we called front desk, the lady simply asked what do you need without much of even an apology for skipping room service.

This is one of the nicest hotels we stayed in on our 2-week sight seeing trip in Utah. Our room was spacious, bed comfortable, and breakfast buffet was expansive and well-stocked. We loved that we had a little table in our room to play games on. The location was great for Arches. Highly recommend this hotel!

Very nice property. Room was clean and spacious. It was nice to have breakfast included. Breakfast included typical hotel options, but there was plenty to choose from. We enjoyed the hot tub after hiking the first couple of days we were there. We were disappointed that it was under repair for the rest of our stay. The location was great for accessing the parks.

The large, warm outdoor pool was great. Hot tub was not open. Good plentiful hot breakfast buffet, if you are not too picky, in a spacious room, well staffed. Very close to Arches NP entrance. Noisy wall AC unit was hard to control from the thermostat. Couple miles into Moab for dinner restaurant/shopping.

Quiet hotel with clean rooms.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. The room was very quiet and beds were comfortable. The only downside was the breakfast eggs and potatoes were lukewarm at best and cold by the time we sat down to eat. Close proximity to Arches was a bonus.

It was ok.

The room was clean. There was a light burnt out in the closet. The hotel is really loud. Doors banging. We had so many people talking in the hallways at night and day.. you could hear every step upstairs..
