Great room. Quiet, easy access to street retail shops and restaurants. Spoke on Center is GREAT food, right across the street. nice bathroom, with split 2nd sink outside the shower room. Love that.

room size was large and spacious. Particularly liked the separate toilet/shower from bath vanity room. (Plus a vanity in the shower room too!) Very convenient for 'moving' people along in the morning! And the breakfast: What can I NOT say about it? Excellent choice of hot items (eggs, fritata's, bacon, pancakes.. and more), cereal, make your own yogurt dishes with various toppings, fresh fruit, ... and your choice to eat inside or out on a beautiful patio setting with excellent views of the mountains. The room had a nice work desk, plugs everywhere for convenience to charge phones, laptop, etc. Can't complain about one single item. Would easily stay here again. Oh, did I say this hotel is VERY conveniently located within walking distances of numerous excellent restaurants, stores, and the Moab Adventure Center for our rafting trip.

The property was nice.. located in a great spot. Staff was friendly. Good breakfast options. Some of the issues i had were the loud guests.. cleanliness of the room was a concern.. the bathroom in particular was not the cleanest, towels had stains and there was feces on the toilet lid. It was disgusting. The bathroom itself was extremely small also. I would probably not stay here again.. unfortunately.
