We love this place. The staff are all very friendly especially the guys at the breakfast place. Room was big and clean, quiet during the night. Location is unbeatable, you can walk to all the good restaurants around downtown. If staying at Moab definitely recommended BWP canyonlands inn.

Ok but not great

The room itself was basic but clean. We were probably in the worst room of the hotle based on location ( first floor right by the ice machine and water filling station and garbage) so it was often loud. Probably the worst part was at check in when I was given the wrong room key and room number and walked in on a poor old man sitting in his boxers eating crackers. When I went back to the front desk there were no apologies about the mix up and was told “well, we are sold out’” Why she said that, I will never know, but I am glad I didn’t walk in on anything worse with my 12 year old next to me.

Staff took pride in the way the food was prepared and presented at breakfast, how the property was cleaned, and how they treated guests. Everthing was top notch clean. Property was right in the middle of town and walkable to shops and food within a minute. Room was quiet, spacious, and comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again!
