Right in downtown Moab with numerous shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Parking right next to room makes moving liggage easy. Free laundromat was very nice. Recliners great for watching tv. No free breakfast so had to forgo the fake eggs and mystery meat that all of the other hotels serve. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Thank you so much for making my wife's birthday perfect. The luxury house was fantastic. Beautiful rooms, outside grilling area, courtyard, front porches and private parking. Best place to stay in Moab.

Staff (Stacy) went above and beyond to connect me with transportation alternatives and good restaurants. She takes pride in her work. AC was excellent and room was very spacious w/ great cable tv. Bed was superior and comfy.

Clean, fuss free, plenty of parking. Can get a bit noisy as it is along the main street but earplugs provided which is a sweet touch. Lots of food within walking distance.

Check in staff was excellent. Many dining options and everywhere in town is within walking distance. Rooms were very, very clean, well stocked. Kuerig Coffee maker with k cups, fridge, microwave, USB chargers, plenty of extra towels that were folded into a fan shape. Attention to detail was done here!!!

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and the price was right! We’d definitely stay again. The location is good as well. Everything was walkable from food to shops, etc. we towed a trailer and were concerned about parking but they have a trailer lot just behind the building. It was a great stay.

They allowed us to check in 2 hours early . The man at the counter was very nice. Our small fridge was not working, they immediately replaced it. The room was very clean.

Very clean, very well maintained and updated and, knowing the noise might interrupt sleep, courtesy ear plugs are provided. Very friendly staff as well. Restaurants are within walkable distance.
