When we tried to check in after our check in time, nobody was at the front desk and we were told someone would be back in 10 minutes. After 20 minutes we called the front desk and an employee answered and told us we had to wait for our check in time even though it was past the time.

Disliked: Amenities
Convenience is the key term. Very convenient area-wise. The place is kind of old/dingy but okay for one night. It’s all about the access to the National Parks and Moab. Hence probably triple the expected prices.
It is the most run down scary looking place in town! Hallway smelt like pee, and there was a mark on the wall that looked like it was peed on. Had two rooms that had gaps in doorway, looked like they both been kicked in. The manager was super nice. Though.

Just okay. Not great, but not the worst either.
Older motel. Noisy, you could hear the people above you walking around late at night and hear them talking. The rooms were clean and it was a good value. Breakfast was good. Outside could have been cleaned up to be more presentable in my opinion. Pool was small and not open when we were there.

Liked: Cleanliness
Very quiet and good stayed, it was a fast staying but it worked perfectly for our trip. Close to national parks driving, the breakfast buffet is not good as there’s no options at all
The check in person initially looked strung out and wandered away to argue with another desk clerk mid transaction. She eventually came back and had to call her manager to assist over the phone. The room is clean and the budget is fair. The place needs overall improvements to make wven 3.5 stars.
Very noisy. Has bright white lights in the room. No room service. Extra towels are very small. Breakfast is not good. Do not recommend this for the price we paid.
DO NOT STAY HERE!! Upon entering it seemed ok. Got key, headed to room. The hallway smell wanted to make you puke a lil in your mouth! As we climbed the stairs, the railing at top wasnt even connected to the wall! They gave us a room that wasnt cleaned from the night before! There was pee in the toilet. Towel hanging from shower. And you could here the faucet dripping. Bed unmade. I think him giving us this room saved us from bed bugs!! Went back to front desk he said he had a room he knew was clean but the place was so gross.. nope! I asked for a refund!! We'll see if we actually get it back... DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
The place was run down. The Manger looked like an ex-druggy with no teeth and was clearly overwhelmed and over worked although he was very polite. The room was musty mostly due to the fact that the bathtub ran constantly. This was no mere 'leak'. The TV didn't work. We were able to adjust the cables to a different port to make the picture come in. Around 10pm when we were trying to get to sleep, there was a drunk brawl outside our door. The manager managed to quell the situation after about an hour. there was no coffee, and the breakfast room was cramped and HOT. I had been looking forward to using the pool and hot tub, but the manger informed me that the foundation had sunk by two feet and the building inspectors won't let him use them. I don't recommend it but if you are on a budget, the price is right.
We had stayed at this hotel in the summertime. It was fine even though their pool was out of service (for repairs). This month we were going back to Moab for a week and booked another stay with Days Inn. The pool was still out of service; it looks like it will never be fixed, so don't count on a pool for your stay. Not having a pool this time was fine because unlike our first stay, it was not 100º outside. What really irked me this time was that we awoke to find no breakfast! I asked the attendant about it and he said that they only had 10 rooms booked the previous night so it was "not profitable" for them to provide breakfast. We had planned on eating breakfast there all week long, so I was not happy to hear that. I later asked for a manager's phone number and found out that he was the manager. He told me that he had spoken to his "higher-ups" and they were sorry that we thought breakfast was provided but it just did not make business sense for them to do so in the off-season and it should have said that on the internet. I showed him it clearly stated that breakfast (and a pool) were part of the stay on the posting. He said that was a mistake and he could not do anything about it. Because we had a week left, I almost changed hotels to another that had breakfast (and a usable pool). We called Wyndam and they said they were sorry and it would get resolved. Miraculously we got breakfast the rest of our week, but it was awkward around the "manager". Only use in the "season".
