Our stay here was great! They're have the best coffee of any hotel I've ever stayed at. I'm not talking about the mini keurig in there room. It's the 24 hr access to their fresh groung coffee with every cup in the common area. The staff was all amazingly friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. Our room was clean. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is that one of the mattresses in our room was older and lumpier than the other and made for a bit so greater night sleep. Had to trade the kids beds since they don't quite know the difference yet.

Overall we had a very good stay. The only downside was that I booked a 2 queen bed suite (with extra sleeping space), but upon arrival found they had over booked their rooms, so we had to squeeze into a room w/ only 2 queen beds.The front desk attendant offered to bring in an extra bed, but the it was too big to fit in the room, so was unusable. It made for a very uncomfortable night for two of the guests who had to share a bed. Other than that, the room was clean and comfortable and the free breakfast was hot and tasty. I would recommend getting a room far away from the pool for a quieter stay, though. We could hear kids running down the hall until about 10:00 p.m., which bothered my elderly father.

Room was clean, standard breakfast, front desk staff were rude when i asked about the cost for 2 water and a vitamin water. It was $20 so of course i was surprised. He said well thats the price for convenience and laughed. Other than that we just stayed overnight but walls are thin so i recommend a higher room unless you want to hear stomping around.

Property appeared well maintained from outside but on second floor, hallway appeared as though not vacuumed/cleaned. There was debris throughout hallway and multiple stains. Hotel room, the bathroom had a terrible odor, possibly mildew.
