We arrived early and wanted to leave a few bags that shouldn’t be exposed to heat. Gary at the front desk was very helpful and tagged and stored our bags while we headed to Arches.

The day we arrived, I was informed the room I booked with a balcony, two months in advance, was not available. I specifically wanted a balcony. We traveled across the country to stay here. Terrible customer service. I canceled. We found a much better place. Worldmark Moab. Beautiful.
