Just good enough

The best thing about this property is the female housekeeper (I didnt get her name). Friendly, helpful, and does a great job cleaning the room. Every surface she can clean, is very clean. Other things, such as the carpet and upholstery, is old and stained. The service from the other employees is adequate, but not good, as is pretty much every aspect of this hotel. I stayed in Moab 4 days and didn't bother switching hotels, but I also wouldn't stay here again. It was just good enough. My biggest complaint was the room was always damp.

The staff was very friendly for check in. The rooms are decent, it’s not the most updated motel, but the a/c was on when I walked in so the room was cool! The pool and hot tub look like they were abandoned years ago. Kind of a bummer, but $60 for a bed, air conditioning, tv, and shower in this economy? I’ll take it.

I'm factoring the price into my review. 4 stars because it was a good price, but I did see what looked like a small roach scamper by in the room we were in. The fridge was very decent and the microwave was a communal one in the hallway. The room was clean and odor-free. No smoke smells or otherwise.

This place was very clean and hotel staff is very friendly. I had a good night sleep after a long day of hiking, the beds and pillows are so comfy. Also liked that it’s a couple of minutes away from the town and few minutes from the parks. I avoided traffic in the town. Very nice place for an affordable price.
