Broken pool!

Booked for the pool, it was broken and not open. Wish we had been told this in advance, we would not have booked. Stayed for 2 nights and it was hot weather. Room was clean, bathroom is older but ok!

This was by far our favourite stay on our recent 10 day holiday to visit the “Mighty Five”. And we stayed at 5 different properties. We love the Southwestern ambience and decor that really make the chain hotels north of town look silly and pretentious. The room was immaculately clean and cozy we enjoyed the use of the mini kitchenette. The beds were comfortable and despite being in the heart of downtown Moab, the room was very quiet. The staff are super friendly and my kids loved the complimentary hot drinks in the lobby. We would love to stay here again!

Call it Perfect!

This hotel was the best of many we stayed at on a 30 day cross country road trip, Quiet, super clean and a very friendly helpful staff. Located right on the heart of downtown Moab, it was perfect for our 3 night stay. I’d choose this one again in a heartbeat.

Amazing property, owned by a young couple, who are running everything from the front desk to cleaning the pool. Housekeeping staff are very nice. Rooms have personality with curtains that mimic the red rock landscape here in Moab. One block from Main Street where there are numerous dining options and shops. If you're interested in support small town America and the Mom and Pop places left in this country, stay here in Moab. You'll not regret it!

Sometimes "rustic" equals "old." This place is older, but nice, and rustic is a good description. I enjoyed my stay here and would stay here again. Parking was easy, it's about a block off Main St. The bed was super comfortable. I was happy with my stay.

Free Rocky Mountain High

It would be 5 stars had we not been awakened at 1AM and again at 5AM by the stench of weed in our room. We had to turn on the fan and open windows to clear the smoke from an inconsiderate neighbor. If you don’t mind a free Rocky Mountain high, it’s a great value. We were able to cook here and the front desk people are super nice. We had a great stay for one of our four nights.

This place is very highly rated and after staying here I agree. We got a room with a kitchenette which was pretty roomy and comfortable with lots of storage. Everything was very clean. The inn is walkable to downtown dining and City Market. Would absolutely stay here again.
