I had 2 rooms total for my family. Checked in around 9 p.m. for a one night stay. Initialy the check in process was ok, until we went to the first room, the door wouldn't open, even though when put the card in the light turned green. The access to the second room was ok. I went back to the front desk, explained to the lady that the room wouldn't open, and she made a new key card hoping that will work. I went back and the door was doing the same thing, still wouldn't open. I went back to the office, then another lady showed up, talked to someone on the phone until figure out what to do, then she told me that I am going to get a different room on the second floor, and asked me to follow her. I went to the room, she opened the door with a device that she connected to the door locker with serial cable, I asked for the room key, and at this point she told me that this room doesn't have a key, but she would be happy to open it for us every time we need access to it. I was shocked, that was a little inconvenient....then she started taking out staff from the room, like tv, some windows blinds, coffee maker. Apparantely this room was their little storage. Full of dead bugs. The second room was ok, until the morning came. We went for a little walk at 9 a.m. in the morning, and when we came back 15 minutes later, the housekeeping lady was already cleaning the room, and we were just kicked out, as we haven't checked out yet and the check out time is 11 a.m. The worst experience ever!
