Quiet and convenient place in Moab, right between downtown and the parks. Staff are helpful, accommodating, and friendly. Pool area is comfortable with great views! Great to have a full size kitchen and refrigerator.

This is a great place from Arches National park only 15 minutes. New and had a kitchen area great pool and hot tub. Free coffee no breakfast but snacks to purchase. Proper Brewery in walking distance was amazing for food. The have a laundry area and have change for your large bills for the machines.

Clean and modern rooms

We are out here to go to Arches National Park and the hotel is very close by and sits on top of a hill overlooking the area, very scenic. The staff is super friendly, the rooms are modern & clean. It’s a pleasant surprise in the middle of nowhere.

We had such a fantastic experience staying here during our trip to Moab and Arches! From the moment we arrived, the front desk associate made us feel so welcome. She was incredibly friendly, warm, and made check-in a breeze — which we especially appreciated since we were traveling with our 11-month-old. Our room was spotless, and the bathroom was immaculately clean as well. Everything felt fresh, cozy, and relaxing — exactly what we needed after a long drive. It was the perfect home base for our family, and we truly felt at ease during our stay. We also really appreciated the modern luggage carts — much easier to use than the traditional bell carts. It made loading and unloading our things so much smoother, especially with a baby in tow. The location is ideal: just 5 minutes from the Arches Visitor Center and only a few minutes' drive to Main Street. Plus, the pool and hot tub area offers incredible views of the stunning rock formations that surround the city — a total bonus! All in all, this hotel offers amazing value for the price. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Moab — especially families. We would absolutely stay here again!

So close to the Arches park!!! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is new and built up high on the rocks. Nice little pool and less than 5 minutes from the main town with shops and restaurants. We stayed two nights and would definitely stay again!

It was so awesome. Extremely clean and very roomy beds were very comfortable Kitchenette was excellent. Full size refrigerator and microwave and stove and sink very convenient Pool was very clean and nice Front desk people were so friendly and helpful this is now my very favorite hotel from now on.

A Nice Surprise!

When we road-trip we've learned to wait until we get to our destination and see where we end up. For the price point on a mid-week one-night stay, we found a darling little gem that we'll stay at again the next time we're in the area. There's no on-site breakfast but they serve coffee 24/7 and you have a small kitchen with an almost full-size refrigerator which was a nice option as we were unloading from a roadtrip that had us traveling on the I-70 through about 8 states. the rooms are pretty spacious and the A/C unit was pretty quiet. The pool (while oddly shaped) was lovely on a summer evening for a quick swim and very refreshing after a day of travel. For those with small children or adults with mobility issues, they do have a ramp built into the pool to help with access (or just splash around with just a little bit of water). For those with EV's there are complimentary chargers on site, but they do charge slowly. Luckily, we were able to leave our car charging throughout the night for $0 and then took off in the morning with no delays!
