It was a very average hotel, but it was cheap and we felt safe. The room was very dingy and could really be improved if they would just replace the lightbulbs with some LED daylight lightbulbs. Our shower faucet did not work and would not mix the hot and cold water together. it was either scolding hot or ice cold. They should also not advertise a pool. Their pool is out of commission.

It served it’s purpose, it was a cheap, clean, and safe place to stay. Only complaint was pool is advertised, but not operational and appears to have been that way for a while.

Hotel owner genuinely cared that my weekend was as comfortable and as pleasant as possible. I will stay nowhere else in Monticello or Moab. They will have my business when in the area for life. I hope he sees this.

The check in staff was a very nice man and we were glad he stayed up late for our arrival but we saw no one else through our stay or check out. Breakfast was canceled until further notice per the sign at check in. This was very disappointing considering this was the main reason we selected this particular site over other options. There was also a sign on the pool and hot tub area, which appeared to have been there some time, stating they were out of order for maintenance. We weren't going to use it on our stay but sad for people who may have selected it as an amenity option. We were the only people at the site and anticipate that it is likely, this location will be close down with lack of traffic and amenities. It was a very expensive 8 hour sleep. We didn't even shower. We were hoping for a quick breakfast but didn't even get that. Very disappointing stay and would not recommend it.

very disapointing

it was advertised as a Roadway Inn and Suits but sign said only Roadway Inn advertised breakfast got there in room info said conventional breakfast went to see what there idea was and sign said no breakfast till further notice had brand new ice machine but no ice pool was closed till further notice tub handle fell off in the tub but it did work when pushed back on will never stay there again tell everyone not to stay there

Go only if you need a bed

Don't go here if you are planning on having any sort of breakfast. The site claims they have a Continental but upon arrival the hotel had a sign saying they are no longer doing breakfast. Also don't go if you are wanting to have a pool for kids to swim in. The pool was closed for "maintenance" and from looking at other reviews it seems like it has been this way for quite some time.
