Front desk staff could use some training in customer service. Clerk working the night I arrived M.I.A. Had to ring front desk bell 3x. Came to the desk, gave me room keys and must have mute because he didn’t say a word.

The hotel was beautiful, the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately the hottub was out of service. The area around the hotel is not as pretty but being inside makes up for it.

New and clean outside of town
Newer hotel outside the main area of town. Easy to get to but they need a street sign or you can easily miss the turn. Staff was pleasant, hotel clean and comfortable. Hot tub wasn’t working and the pool needed to be vacuumed more often but it was comfortable. Breakfast was average fare of powdered scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes and make your own waffles but was clean and well appointed.

New property, read recent reviews to check on progress. Inside is very similar to a Holiday Inn Express in most aspects. Outside has limited parking adjacent to hotel, half the guests needed to park in an adjacent lot in the back. It is well lit but the neighborhood is not the best. Where there is typically parking in the front of the hotel is now a crammed area of 20 mini home trailers. They weren't occupied but they may have a big impact on the property. Read recent reviews. 9/2024.

This was a great property, beautiful space, comfortable bad, nicely decorated. Excellent breakfast. It’s a little farther from Moab, but not a problem. We were able to get to the park within 10 minutes and town 5 minutes. Great price too. Recommend! And would stay again.
