Old motel with lots of charm. Needs a remodel, but it embraces the vibe of Moab. Has TV, microwave, fridge, window unit. Large closet in bathroom. No front desk. Everything by text. Very affordable compared to others. We’ll stay there again!

Budget hotel. Good value. Had everything we needed. Easy check in/out, clean, comfortable. All Moab dining and shopping easily accessible. Canyonlands, Arches, and Dead Horse State park close by. Would definitely stay here again. ALSO - we accidentally left a medical device in our room and the owner was very helpful in getting it back to us.

Perfect location to walk to Moab Brewery and Blu Pig. Check in was easy and convenient. We were able to communicate directly to owner by text if we needed anything. Perfect location for our 2 days in Arches.

FILTY!

Filthy dirty, carpet was black with stains, carpet had grass burrs throughout bedroom, multiple light bulbs burned out, coffee maker appeared never cleaned, no toilet paper at check-in, no mattress pad, bed sheets well worn thin, no remote for bedroom TV, parking place occupied with large trailer making it difficult to get to our room. Do not recommend!

This was a last minute decision to book here. Within in a few minutes of booking, we received the information on how to check into our room. The room was exactly what we needed for an overnight stay after visiting three National Parks in one day. We grabbed coffee from a food truck that was in the parking lot the next morning.
