Pretty standard stay. Free breakfast is nice. Scrambled eggs, muffins, pancakes, waffles, yogurt, toast, sausage … no bacon though while we were there. Moab itself is terrific and this is a decent place to stay. Housekeeping cleaned our room twice: the first time they left my “hair spider” on the edge of the tub/shower. The second time, they didn’t make our bed and left a note explaining that it’s their policy because we had a personal item on the bed. I travel with my own pillow, which was on the bed the entire stay. Always travel with it and never had that happen anywhere. These things aren’t a big deal to us, but that’s why I subtracted a star.

The room was clean and comfortable. The service/staff were friendly. Our only problem was not the fault of the hotel, but there was an incident right across the hall with 2 women who were yelling continuously, which woke us before 5 a.m.. Someone must have called security and they confronted the women right out in the hall. We wished the security officers would have taken care of the matter somewhere else so maybe we could have tried to go back to sleep.

Room was comfortable and in the middle of Moab so a good location to visit both arches and canyonlands. They had a nice pool and a fire pit table but I never did see the fire pit lit. The breakfast was good but the only thing warm they had was scrambled eggs and sausage, so I would have preferred cheese other options like cheese for the eggs or nuts and almonds. Other fruit like oranges and bananas besides apples

The overall stay was very good. The room was nice and quiet. The breakfast staff kept the breakfast well stocked and replenished even during very busy times. The staff was very friendly and helpful with the exception of one staff member: Wendy. Wendy was very rude when we arrived. When I approached the front desk to check in she greeting me with a "What do you need" in a condescending tone. She never made eye contact with me or my wife during the check-in process. She handed me the key cards without explaining any of the details of the property such as where the elevators were, the breakfast hours, where to park etc. We had to all but pry the information out of her. I can't imagine that we are the only ones that she has treated this way. I think she may need some coaching and refresher training on how to welcome guests. Her treatment of us did not leave a good first impression of this hotel.
