I accidentally left my jacket in the closet upon departure.. When I called to the wonderful young man at the front desk. ( I wish I had his name).. He was extremely helpful and arranged to have my jacket mailed to me in Hawaii. EXCELLENT customer service... He made me choose to stay as much as possible at Wynhams!!!

Ditch the Cell Phone
Everything was great except for the young man who was working the night shift (4:30 am 10/23). He was more interested in talking to someone (a woman) on the speaker of his cell phone than helping me. Even while he was helping me he kept her on the speaker. They were speaking in a language I couldn’t understand but it did not seem to be an emergency or anything urgent. We also couldn’t find him when we tried to check out.
