Place is beautiful and new. Pool and hot tub are excellent. Staff were very good! Only issues were dark bathroom(very low lighting) and no closet, drawers or luggage holder.

Hotel was clean and convenient to the town Friendly staff was the best part of our stay. Loved the history of the community, the gentleman who checked us in Gave us a booklet to read on the history of the Wolfe family .

Such a cool place! The builing is really interesting and well done. The pool area is beautiful! The staff was super nice and helpful. My only critique would be that there were several things around the hotel that were out of order. Nothing crucial but its a bad look.

It is a new hotel and the decor and it was clean. It's new so they are working the kinks out. There was an excellent morning lady (I should have gotten her name -shaved under cut). She went above and beyond. For a mountain biking town, it was not set up for it as of yet. No inside storage, no hose to wash bikes, no station to work on bikes. It was dark inside the rooms, but apparently they are working on that. Great location. They should talk to their night staff guy, he needs to be more professional and get off his phone.

Room was nice but no refrigerator in room. There was one in hallway shared by all other rooms. Was full when I stayed. Also no closet to hang clothes up. My room had a slight sewer smell from plumbing I believe and didn’t like that so much.

Fun decor but loud guests

The people at the front were super nice. Room was decorated fun but it’s really dark in there. There are not many plugs next to the bed so bring a power strip if you need things plugged in (such as medical devices). The worst part was people constantly slamming the doors, other than that, it was pretty good. Very close to everything!

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was small and dark. The bathroom was strangely laid out with an inconvenient sink activated by motion, no temperature control. No facial tissue (awaiting a delivery) and had to track down a hair dryer.

We were told The property had just re-opened in May after extensive renovations. The new decor was very dark & lighting in room & bath had 25 watt bulbs...very dark. The room did not have tissues, hair dryer (fortunately I had my own) no coffee pot, no refrigerator and no chair to sit on...only the bed. The decor in room & bath was decorative, but made the room & bath extremely dark. It used to be a Motel 6 so rooms were small. The staff was very sympathetic to the issues, even moving us to another room, bringing in a chair, tissues & put 65 watt bulbs in lighting. They were very used to our complaints as they hear them daily. We wish the best for this motel, but it seemed obvious that the designers were more into decor rather than meeting the needs of their guests.
