The Presidential suite was amazingly! The general gym are byvthe reception area is really SMALL. Such a big hote, it needs a bigger gym. 3 people there is too much. Breakfast is not good as well. The rest is beautiful.

Great property. Recommend oiling the door hinges in rooms to keep squeaky doors from waking up those sleeping in rooms. Otherwise a fabulous stay! Loved the outdoor heated pool and hot tubs and in-room fireplaces!

I booked a “presidential” one bedroom suite for myself. I travel to Moab frequently and usually stay at one of the many basic and cheap hotels in town; i’m there to hike. This was a splurge. While traveling I got a call that my booked room was not available and I would be getting a standard 2 bedroom but they “wouldn’t charge me extra.” They asked when I would arrive and I said at 5 (check in is at 4) and she told me to stop and get lunch because my downgraded room would not be ready. I asked if I could have a 1 bedroom for on time check-in and was told maybe they could “move some other guests around.” What? I arrived at 5:30, my 2-bedroom was ready, hooray. It was a disappointment. I had planned for a bathtub and a balcony and just a fancy, fun space for New Years Eve and this was not that. Also there are only blinds in the bedrooms, and blackout curtains in the kitchen. The room was on the ground floor of a very well lit parking lot and the bedrooms are very light at night. I replied to the welcome text saying I was disappointed and suggested blackout curtains, I was told my disappointment was understandable. Of note, occupancy was very low all over town. I know this is not a big deal in the grand scheme. It was just a disappointment with no explanation. I booked an elevated room and did not get it. Wish I had paid less for basic room in town as usual. TLDR: downgraded room, weird late check in, no explanation or apology, bedrooms need blackout curtains. Breakfast=good.

Favorite place to stay in Moab
This is our favorite place to stay in Moab for our multi generational family. Close to hiking and town. We love the pools and hot tubs. Appreciated the vegetables on the breakfast buffet.

We had a great stay at WorldMark! Staff were all very friendly and attentive, checking in throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Rooms were very clean and nicely updated. There was a great game room for the kids and the pool was open even though it was winter and heated nice and hot so it kept them busy for hours. Right down the street from downtown Moab, and only 5 minutes from Arches and about 30 minutes from Canyonlands. We stayed here for Thanksgiving and they had additional kitchen items available for us to borrow to make sure we could make everything in our room as well as keeping a list of what restaurants in town were open during the holiday. Would definitely stay here again, we were throroughly impressed!

This property is beautiful. It’s unfortunate they didn’t do a better job on construction and sound insulation. If you are a light sleeper, be sure to request a top floor room. Don’t bother paying extra for the breakfast. It’s a typical hotel breakfast (waffle maker & powder eggs). You can make something better in your room.
