Was unable to stay due to wife contracting COVID while in Panama City, couldn't get a refund from Comfort Inn cause I booked thru Hotels.com, did purchase booking insurance and had to file a claim thru them

Overall decent stay for the holiday weekend rate. Older building. Seemingly safe area for the amount of time we stayed. Housekeeping was good. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The food service staff could use some customer service training. The food was not good and the service area is cramped and not easily accessible. We just chose to skip the breakfast the remainder of our stay. Again, overall decent stay. Thank you again to the sweet Assistant Manager and the gentleman I believe to be the owner for working so hard to provide a reasonably priced, clean, and safe hotel.

The hotel overall needs a facelift. The room we stayed in had many patches in the ceiling repaired and paint was not matched to the original color. The shower head needs to be cleaned or replaced as it is nasty. We ended up needing more toilet paper and towels and were inconvenienced by having to take them down to the front desk to receive new ones instead of the hotel accommodating us by bring the items up and using the hotel phone to call the front desk to ask for the items was unsuccessful. This place is just a dump.

Older Hotel, but Fair Price

The stay was cozy for the one night we were there. The hot water went out during the evening which wasn’t great, but it came back 10-15 minutes later so we did not contact the front desk. Breakfast was good and they had hot coffee! The hotel is outdated, but that’s probably why the booking is typically priced well. The room was clean. The gym is really tiny if you are looking to use it!

Worst hotel stay I have ever had. The room was roach infected. Roaches in the bathroom, walls, cooling unit and tv stand. Hot water was off and no. My 4th of July weekend was ruined. Expedia or Choive hotel would not help me
