Mini fridge was leaking soaking the entire carpet floor, only sheets on the bed (they had no blankets or real pillows) microwave didn’t have glass plate inside to be able to cook food, they had no shampoo/conditioner. The manager Serina refused to give me my deposit bc I left two dollar general bags of trash by the door bc I didn’t have trash bags or a trash can and the man who was working night shift told us to sit it by the room door. The manager also refused to let me back into my room for the last few hours of my stay to the point I had to call the police and corporate to be able to get back into my room. I took pictures of the CLEAN room. I will NEVER stay here again. That woman shouldn’t have a job after how unprofessional and nasty she acted today.

Horrible Experience!!
Horrible Experience. Me and my family have changed 3 rooms during our 2 days stay due to several issues. Rm 209 door latch was broken, Rm 206 clogged toilet, Rm 205 had no fridge and the smoke alarm was buzzing continuously. No maintenance team on the property to resolve any of these issues. There was hardly anything for breakfast, only cereal and milk. Dining floor was very unclean. Front Desk very hostile and couldn't provide any assistance.

In staying in this hotel I initially started with a couple days and wound up staying a week, management gave nothing but excuses Everytime I complained about the issues. They only offered to take a couple dollars a night off my stay with in my opinion was horrible customer service. They didn't have no clean towels for days . Housekeeping refused to clean my room even tho I complained and asked it still didn't get done. Breakfast went from a few things to only coffee.. and when breakfast was served it be cereal no milk, moldy bread no butter or jam, no juice no nothing no fruit or anything by the 5th day it was down to cofee only ...staff was rude and didn't care.Claimed they only cleaned rooms people checked out of. Had to continuously bother them to try and get clean towels and my room cleaned and still didn't get very far. Although the property and rooms are nice the service is horrible they don't even compensate for the troubles they cause you for not providing what they advertise. The third floor smelled strongly of weed reported management did nothing.This hotel needs to be restaffed. The hotel manager isn't listened to and allows her employees to disrespect her in front of guests and they tell her no they ain't doing nothing. And she allowed it to happen in front of me. I was amazed. If the manager doesn't have her role in place it shows why the rest of the employees act like they do cause she allows it.Summer was nice but as a manager, her employees don't respect her.

Breakfast was always half way put together and never ready by posted time,I filled my trash can in the room in 3 days so they just removed the can from room instead of changing the bag. Second day in the room all bath towels were removed including the clean towels. The bed had no comforter just a thin bed sheet. Horrible stay.

DIRTIEST ROOM EVER
This had to be the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at! When we pulled back our covers, there was pubic hair all in the bed. We asked for clean sheets which had yellow stains all over it but we were assured that they were clean. We had no option to leave because town was booked out due to hurricane. Would NEVER stay here again even if I was paid too!
