overall good with minor issues

Everything was ok. We had a problem with the TV remote which is a fairly small thing but because it happened at night, the front desk had no backup to help them and if it had been a bigger problem we would not have gotten service to repair the problem. Also the toilet ran continuously at times and if it had done it at night, then we would not have been able to get it fixed and had to listen to it all night.

When we first checked in the coffee in the lobby was cold. The gal at the desk wanted me to change our room to two beds and I said no we had already paid for a king. Our room was a handicap room and Tilly understood her request but I did not want two doubles

Me and my wife had an amazing stay here!!!

Me and my wife’s stay at The Hampton Inn was great. The lady working behind the desk was very friendly when we checked in. She even baked chocolate chip cookies for the people checking in which were delicious. Our room was very nice and very clean. Everything was stocked up in the bathroom. The bathroom was big. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were amazing. We stayed 2 days. The buffet breakfast each day was different but delicious. The person working in there was very nice ad friendly. We had the balcony view which was beautiful. I recommend this place for sure.

Very Nice!

The hotel was very clean and convenient to food and shopping. Our room had a nice view of Mobile Bay which was very nice. Breakfast was great and the customer service was even better. 10/10 recommend!
