At the front desk on Friday evening, June 13, 2025, Melissa was excellent. Personable, experienced, and very helpful. Thank you, Melissa! On Sunday morning (I believe she was also there on Saturday morning), the young lady was preoccupied with her cell phone and less concerned with a guest standing at her desk, acting as though I was causing her an inconvenience. When I checked out on Sunday morning, June 15, 2025, I was emailed an invoice that showed my residence address as being in Las Vegas, NV and not in Baton Rouge. How did this happen? Very strange.

Jocelyn at the front desk did a wonderful job of solving a problem with the room I was given at check-in. On a busy weekend when the hotel was near capacity, she found an available room, moved me to that room which was much nicer, and I slept very well because of her efforts on my behalf.
