the room was very dirty, didn’t even look like they vacuumed. Hair dryer was busted/broken, the toilet seat was broken, toilet paper holder and towel holder were barely hanging on. We found an old sock, mask & even opened medicine beside the bed which I didn’t appreciate with us having small children. There was no remote for our tv, I think we went through 3 different ones and none of them worked.

Please do not stay here! Read all their reviews online. Rude, lazy front desk staff, even their cleaning crew commented on how incompetent they are. Kicking families out for asking them to clean common areas, fix doors keys that wouldn’t work and replace linens that had dirty band aids in them. Filthy, wet common areas and trash that multiple guests asked them to address and they said they couldn’t. Nasty bathrooms. Unsecure doors, someone entered our room with another key while we were sleeping. They do not replenish breakfast. Sign says weekend breakfast is til 11 and there was no food for anyone all weekend by 8:30am. Broken toilet seats. No hot water. Barely any water pressure. Enforce no quiet hours in the middle of the night. Police were called on “management”. Ourselves and others gladly left our stays early.

Excellent stay

We were in town for a dance competition. The check in clerk was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. We like to sleep in frigid conditions and the room AC did the job. The breakfast was typical, sausage, eggs, and waffles. Would have liked more options, but i am picky! We will definitely stay again if in town.

Although they changed my room immediately, the first room they placed me in was was not ready. One bed wasn’t even made and the coushins on coach weren’t made up. The previous occupant or housekeeping in the next room had left a vape pen on the couch. Although floors appeared to be clean, you could tell they weren’t because white towels on floor were filthy after they got wet.

Not a great stay

The check in process was horrible. The receptionist was on the phone with a friend the whole time and barely spoke to us. It was very rude. She wasn’t very friendly either. Room was ok,nothing special. The ac was so loud and sounded like it was ready to break. The other people staying in the hotel were slamming doors while we were trying to sleep.

The air conditioner would not stay on. After calling the front desk, they said they didn't have a maintenance person there. They did however offer to change rooms, but we had too much to move.

The hotel was nice, looked like it went under some construction. However, room was a little dirty, hair in shower when we got there and a food stain on comforter. The toilet seat was also broken. There is also an additional $100 refundable charge for ‘non-smoking’ fees.
