The rooms are beautiful and very clean. Checking in and checking out for very easy with no complications. The young lady at the desk was very pleasant and nice. We needed a ADA room. The room was very accessible for any type of handicap. The room was equipped with a potty chair and a very nice shower chair. If traveling, I would definitely stay here again. And I will definitely recommend to my friends that Travel are looking for a nice place to stay because this was extremely nice. 10 out of 10 recommended.

Clerk at check-in was very friendly, very pretty exterior, they have nice areas set up outside for guests, it is a big bright though since they need to light up the walk way (which is appreciated for a mom alone with her 3 kids) outside of the rooms but maybe better shades would help, and everything else was great.

I travel a lot. I come to Fairhope once a year for a disc golf tournament. I won't stay anywhere but the key West Inn. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and and the place Just has a cozy vibe.
