Had to go buy towels and wash clothes bc none was in the room. The bathroom door didn't have a door knob on it. The paint in the tub was coming off in the water. Could not find a remote for the TV. The pool looked green and not clean. Only plus to the room the bed was semi comfortable.

The check-in did not feel welcome. The t.v. In the room was broke. The aesthetics were terrible and things looked as if they did were just put together to make a room. The room also had roaches. It felt like a jail cell to say the least. Also, I couldn’t find the room to begin with as there were no room numbers. This was the worst experience dealing with lodging in my life. I promptly got my $50 deposit back and exited the property as a lost. UNACCEPTABLE!

This motel needs to be shut down and demoed. It seriously appears to be in such a rundown that is beyond repairs. Nothing worked in the dump. Here is the short list. Elevator, ice machine, atm, no television at all, no towels, only sheets on bed so no towels. It jas trash all over the grounds. Inwas totally disgusting.

When we first checked in, we were put into one room. We went into that room and the AC did not work and there were wires exposed. There were cockroaches that were running across the wall. I went and informed the front desk person and they moved us to a different room in that room. The AC made a horrible noise and the smoke detector was constantly beeping. There were no towels provided in either room. Both rooms were extremely noisy due to the highway nearby. Overall, probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in my life.

People were very nice but the place need some work I mean it needs to be cleaned up a lot more the roaches looking to be taken care of and I need to get some cable for the TVs the Wi-Fi cuts in and out and the elevator doesn't work there won't be no towels in your room and ice machine no ice machine either but they do have washing machines and dryers and a vending machine with a small selection of stuff and I mean very small selection in the lobby the ATM doesn't work there either you'll need a $50 cash deposit that you'll get back when you leave so you've been born stay at your own risk

Roach motel
I did not stay on this trip. I stayed there 2 weeks ago and checked out a few hours later when after Roaches were all in my bed the walls the door ect. I was able to get my $50. Cash deposit back but was not able to get my money back for the room. I was unable to cancel the room for this stay after I had the experience with the roaches everywhere 2 weeks earlier.

Worse experience in life at oyo
No towel and toilet paper. Rude staff Had to go front desk to request all and was told i should have bring with from home. Just very frustrating experience ever with a cheap hotel.

Horrible Experience.
This Hotel is Hideous! when I arrive to the property the reception was busy on the phone with her boyfriend. Homeless people all around the property. I Didn’t feel safe! Then after finally checking in after her long conversation on the phone i went the room on the 3rd level. The room had a stench smell and immediately noticed 5 or more dead roach lying on the floor. When i turned on lights and headed towards the bathroom roaches crawling everywhere. also the vent on the a/c unit was missing and seemed broken and only small amount of air was escaping. Then noticed no remote to turned on the Television and there was no internet so I couldn’t watch TV! Then the microwave and mini fridge not working. The bedding was ridiculous and sheets dingy. I left to get my money back and the receptionist ignored me standing there outside for a very long time and said call Hotels. com. I Personally wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone to stay at! It’s a dump!!!

This was my worst hotel stay ever Holes in wall mirror broken roaches crawling and no knob on bathroom door. Television cable was off tried to get a refund the told me to call Expedia reached out to them waiting on an email. Sheets were not fresh. Room was just in bad condition then there was a shadow at the door and someone was trying to get in. Great location for the hotel that every horror movie was made.
