Towels provided were quite scratchy and only 2 for 4 guests. Next day they picked up wet towels but didn’t leave fresh also didn’t make the beds. Opted to skip cleaning service the rest of the stay. Overall quiet and convenient stay for decent price.

The room was very spacious with everything we needed. As usual the bed was very comfy. A TV guide would be advantageous. There was a breakfast but think they could do better if you compare the offerings elsewhere.

It was a very unplesant experience, from dirty floors, foul smells, dirty mattresses piled up on the third floor hallway in front of the elevator doors, questionable people going in n out of the hotel, etc!!! I didn’t spend a night!!! I had to go elsewhere because it is NOT what is advertised on internet!!! I request a total refund!!!

The room was spacious when we got in our room there was no microwave in there and that was one of the amenities listed when I booked them the front desk clerk was rude about it when we asked for a microwave her attitude was very nasty and nonchalant I have always like the choice hotel chain I will not be visiting that one ever again

We stayed in this hotel to get away from Hurricane Francine. It was okay. Not enough towels in the room two towels for four people. Strong smell of a cleaner. Front desk staff were great. Housekeeping supervisor was rude. Housekeeping staff okay.

The hotel has done major upgrades, however there are some things they need to reconsider. For one, there was no microwave in the room. I went to a nearby restaurant and my food wasn’t as hot as it should have been and I had to walk all the downstairs to use a microwave in the lobby. The rooms are spacious. There was some stick fluid/liquid on my floor and a big toe nail. I noticed the cleaning ladies didn’t have a mop with them and the rooms should be mopped after every guest no matter how clean it may look. I was also disappointed with the lack of a pool. They had an indoor pool and there was construction tape around the area so I’m not sure what’s happening there. Overall it was a great value and it served it’s purpose for our family.

The room smelled horrible and the towels were dingy. We checked out after 1 night and just gave them the money for the second night because we didn’t get any sleep.
