Stole i pods n lied to keep my deposit
I started there 6 days Dec 3-9 after second day I requested linen I pulled my linen had it be hind door nobody would clean room ipods came upissing kids med came up missing it rain 3 days straight I had to wash my linen and was accused of smoking in room which was a lie I was locked out I had to wash my linen to get back in my room then when checked out I was refused my deposit of 100 cuz 1 sheet wasn't whit white clean on sum used sheets

We me and my fiance had a wonderful time alone it was nice and cozy and we loved it. We will be back. I rate 100%
The area has declined over the years, but to make matters worse there’s either bed bugs or fleas in beds. The entire bedding was dingy and the hotel all together needs a renovation. The guy at the front desk was polite, but that’s about the only pro.

Microwave didn't work properly. My first room didn't have a mirror in the bathroom. They moved to a room with a useless microwave that didn't open . Dry rotted curtains and mold on the lamp shades
The hotel is in very bad condition, sheets smell bad, the door to my room did not close and my belongings were inside. Money wasted. I do not recommend it.
The person at the front desk didn’t speak English well. Kept saying all is good when it wasn’t. I was charged for the room even though I prepaid. I later found my receipt and showed it to the front desk person. He said he would refund my money, but he never could give me a receipt. The bed covering had several large dark stains. The sheets had what appeared to be poop stains. The toilet did not work properly and there was a plunger beside it that didn’t work well either. The room smelled of dog so it wasn’t cleaned well.
This is my go to location that is my half way mark to my family n Florida. This little hidden gem has the most comfortable beds I have stayed in yet, The clerk at the front is always nice and accommodating.
Thier customer service is excellent! So very nice and always accommodating. Hotel is in a great location with many stores and restaurants. Looks can be decieving dont let that hinder you from giving this establishment a chance.
Our room was FILTHY, sheets and pillows were stained, bugs crawling on the walls, dust on everything, toilet was running all night and the room smelled of mildew which gave us terrible migraines. Young kids were hanging around outside our room smoking illegal drugs and it was allowed. We could not get out of there fast enough. I do not recommend this place.
Our experience at the Red Roof Inn was incredibly disappointing. Despite booking a non-smoking room, we found smoke burns on the covers. We had planned to stay for two nights but left after just one. Upon arrival, there were no towels in the room. Later, while we were out for dinner, we returned to find police at the Red Roof because of a shooting just two rooms down from ours. Fortunately, we weren't there at the time, but returning to such a scene was distressing. Witnessing others pointing out bullet casings to the police was unsettling. We've decided not to patronize Red Roof Inn again after this disastrous getaway.
The room was terribly dirty. Linens were dirty, have black color flakes, although they claimed that they wash and change them daily. Some pillow even have mold. Yuck! The room floor, microwave, and the fridge have food scraps. Finger prints were everywhere.
