The renovation of the hotel is beautiful. Overall the customer service was very good. There were a couple of front desk female representative that were not at all friendly. The bathroom was extremely for two people. It's the smallest bed I've seen in a hotel room. We were practically shoulder to shoulder when we both tried to use the mirror. One thing we found odd and frustrating was that there were no pant/skirt hangers available. We asked and were told that hotel did not have these hangers available. The only hangers available were thin fabric covered wire hangers. One last, unsettling situation - we saw a roach in our room the morning of our check-out. Overall our stay was pleasant, comfortable and the majority of staff were helpful and accomodating.

Beautiful renovation. Room was spacious and clean and bed was comfy. Stayed for one night on the way to the beach. Swam in the pool to get out some energy after being in the car all day. Ill definitely book here next year.

The remodel is definitely beautiful definitely gives off luxury. The parking situation is mot favorable and could definitely be better. It does give off a historical racist undertone a bit. But otherwise very clean. Very aesthetically pleasing.
