Beautiful hotel, but bathrooms had no vanity. No place to put your toiletries etc. And no microwave. For a hotel of this stature it was disappointing not to have the before mentioned accommodations, otherwise great location and comfortable stay.

The staff here is awesome. We had an issue with our room however, this was quickly rectified. The general manager even followed through to make sure everything was up to par. This is our third stay here and will continue to be our “go to” hotel in Mobile.

Our fist room was an accessibility room, so the staff quickly accommodated us and switched our room. The hotel is absolutely a gem in Mobile. I highly recommend that you stay here. Also one of the best bars in Mobile for an elevated evening.

The water was cold to shower with but the sink had no troubles getting hot water. The toilets don’t flush properly and the vents were full of dust so we sneezed and had terrible eye irritation the entire weekend.

The service was excellent, the room was spotless and staff were very attentive. My only concern was the lighting in my room. I am visually impaired so this could easily be a me issue but I would have like more or brighter light.

Beautiful furniture and decorations, especially the lobby. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and work to make your stay pleasant. Old building, so expect some maintenance issues. Choice between paid valet parking and paid adjacent public parking lot, but street parking is free on nights and weekends. Accessible Room is designed for the disabled, so expect it to be less convenient for the abled than a regular room. Neighborhood felt safe after dark.
