We had a wonderful experience! The service was excellent, and everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The place is beautiful, the surroundings are very pleasant, and the atmosphere is relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable. Everything was great, and we truly appreciate the hospitality. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back again. Thank you for everything!

We really wanted to like this hotel. Before we even got here, I called with short notice to he fair to arrange transportation, the first person told us it had to be done 3 days earlier and the other one 1 week earlier. Is not stated anywhere. They gave me a taxi driver phone number and he was great! We got to our room and it was nice, the door a little hard to open and the balcony sliding door it was hard to open too and made a really loud noise. After a day the door wouldn’t open anymore and the maintenance guy had to come and open it for us and told us to only use one of the doors to the sliding doors that he tried to fix unsuccessfully. No one ever apologized for the inconvenience but gave us a different room that was a little downgrade. We pack all our stuff to go the other room. The maintenance guy helped us carry our stuff. In the new room the AC wasn’t working and finally they got it working the day after. The food at the restaurants was OK… it might be my experience but to me the service was not great, and got the impression that no one really cared. I even emailed the hotel and expressed how unhappy we were and they didn’t even respond. Wouldn’t come back sadly. We explored outside the hotel and found amazing restaurants and a little town full of locals and that really helped a lot.

The Staff were rude and disrespectful. We tried to explain the situation amicably but they did not try to compromise or make us their customer feel welcome. We booked a 1000 sq ft room with 2 available beds shown in pictures but instead were given a room less than half the size. Obviously we weren’t happy but instead of trying to solve they escalated the situation by telling us they could not do anything to accommodate the reservation seeing as though the room they gave us only had one bed. Also let me mention the room door was already cracked when we got the room which even the bellboy thought was unusual so now safety comes to mind. We asked the check in staff could they switch our room they immediately denied the request and said we need to contact Expedia. Which we did and ultimately they switched the rooms but ensured our stay was terrible by constantly creating a rift on what we could and could not do on the resort grounds was never really explained to us clearly. But anyway upon checkout the staff ONCE AGAIN created a stir with us saying we didn’t return the towel card which would be an additional charge. I lost it because not only did we not go to the pool because it was raining most of the day but we also had friends at a nearby villa who we planned the trip with that had their own private pool which is where we spent most of our time lounging poolside when we did get a chance to go. Terrible customer service will never stay here again! Do Not Stay Here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The front desk staff was very rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately, the room was also infested with flies, and we had to deal with them throughout the entire night. This made our stay extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. I expected a much higher level of cleanliness and professionalism from the hotel.

Buena comida, las habitaciones muy cómodas
