À la hora del check in fue horrible no tienen organización y tratan a los clientes de mala manera y tuve que esperar hasta la 5 de la tarde para poderme chequiar, la luz se fue un montón de veces, para las comidas no tenían nada para los niños y las bebidas sabían a agua con colorante. Te quieren cobrar dinero por todo, hasta por la pulcera que te colocan si se rompe o se pierde. De verdad siempre estuve deceando ir a un hotel de Puerto Planta pero ese hotel no es lo que presentan ni la calificación que le dan.

The property has good staff, but they're disorganized. The check-in lines are a disaster; people who arrive last are served before those already in line. There's no snack for those waiting in that ridiculous line, and they go without anything to eat until dinner. I was starving, even though I booked three rooms for nine people, including children. Even the kids said they didn't like the line, the food, or the lack of variety. The hotel seems to think only Latinos go to the resort, but breakfast, lunch, and dinner need to be varied to suit all cultures. The room had unwashed sheets that were incredibly itchy; my children and I were going crazy and didn't know what to do. The evening show was rubbish because there were no chairs to sit on. The show consisted of 4 or 5 women dancing and 3 men shaking their butts, so it wasn't interesting like other resorts that offer variety in their shows and chairs for the audience. The towels were all crumpled and looked dirty, and the bathroom was dirty and the lights as well cut for a certain time causing me and my children in distress and when I was going to check out and I stated to the person that was checking me in that I was going to do a late check in but they apparently forget because they locked my out of the room and I almost lost most of my items the. After that I had to go to the check in to get in my room available for me.i don’t like the experience in this resort.

Room did not cool down. No hot water for showers. Told VIP room people about air conditioning. Said they would send somebody there and nobody came.

The food is a par and I already know it’s a resort so I don’t look for it to be grand but I mean it could’ve gave me something. We got the swim up Room and there was no hot water for the entire time. Two days was OK but after the second day bugs, infested the pool and there was no one to clean it at night, which is understandable but I mean for the money you should know that buzz are going to be attracted by the pool light so it still should be an option for someone to skim it even if there’s an option for us to be able to get a pool skimmer and do it ourselves. The electricity grid went down every night around 11 to 12 I’m talking pitch black the entire property and around it. Alcohol selection was horrible I mean really bad.
