Terrible experience!Nothing speaks Presidential Or VIP! This place lacks entertainment,internet(worst wifi ever), food selection and customer service when it comes to accommodating! We had an emergency in the kids room due to a big water leak and were told they be moved to a 1st floor in building were we were by 3:30pm. When I went they had a room ready in total opposite side and far from us. So i was told to go back later so they could accomodate in our building. It was 5:27pm and they had another excuse and that a new room in our building and 1st floor was free but was being cleaned. I got upset and left to my room and requested later the manager who came with another story that they had the room ready but in the 2nd floor. Lies after lies! She was non sympathetic to the situation nor went out her way to accommodate the situation. Not even offer a credit nor apology when it was her staff's mistake! She will accommodate english only speaking people! I requested a higher up manager and she said no one was available. Next day no other manager came and apologized. This place has the wrong name! Only friendly people are Eddy at bar and other bar staff, Felix Sanchez and Aneudy at bell boys and Jennifer in restaurant reservations. But that manager lady sucks! And reception people are friendly but are lost! They do nothing to accomodate your requests. I do recall a rep she has curly hair and light eyes who did make one accomodation. Other than that this place sucks!

It’s beautiful resort excellent amenities and the staff around very friendly. I recommend you to upgrade to the VIP bracelet. The only bad thing was the check-in no coordination people skipping the line and took 1hr+ only one family ahead of me to check in on a Saturday and TV remote wasn’t working called the front desk they said someone was on their way and 4 days later still waiting. Other than that beautiful resort to enjoy alone, as a couple or family.

DO NOT STAY HERE: POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Part 1 The issues began with misinformation between the resort and the member who owned the villa. I was given an incorrect price for the all-inclusive add-on. Even after the member acknowledged providing the wrong price, no meaningful effort was made to honor the quoted rate or provide a reasonable accommodation. Instead, after spending hours in the lobby trying to resolve the issue, I was left with only two options: downgrade my stay or accept a refund and hope another nearby resort had availability. A refund would not have immediately cleared, making it unrealistic to secure alternate accommodations, and the decision had to be made quickly because customer service was about to close. As a result, valuable time was taken away from what was supposed to be a special birthday trip. Throughout the entire check-in process, The receptionist was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional toward my entire party. She repeatedly gave different pricing information, and when multiple people pointed out the inconsistencies, she laughed in our faces rather than attempting to help resolve the situation. Additionally, when my cousin discovered that the only bathroom in the lobby was out of service and politely asked the receptionist if there was another restroom nearby, she completely ignored her. Thankfully, another woman from the concierge team took over and was very professional, empathetic, and genuinely tried to help.
