All staff were efficient and affable. A lot of attention to detail from plush pillows and comforter to breakfast that included biscuits, link sausage, mini omelets (egg white?), cinnamon rolls, 4 juices plus the usual yogurt, cereal, etc. There are only a couple fast food places at that exit and gas so stop beforehand if you want a restaurant meal. I would definitely stay again, especially for the price ($125) for last-minute reservation.

The property had no water pressure. That meant the toilets, the sink, and the shower. The only consideration was cancellation. The staff made it clear that there would be NO discount! They emphasized they would verify the refund with Expedia. This is important since Expedia is extremely reluctant to give refunds. The "continental hot breakfast" was reduced to an inexpensive doggy-bag of snacks. No explanation or time of restoration was given. A nightmare!
