Rude and unprofessional service
They stay was ok until I went to pay for am extra day the next morning. I was 5 min late getting to the front desk because I had just gotten back from the emergency room where I spent the night for health reasons. I explained this to the front desk guy but he was very rude and told me I was too late and had to check out. So I did. They checked my room and told me my deposit would be refunded to my card in 5 to 7 business days. Which it was. But when I returned to get a room 3 days later I was informed I was on the do not rent list. They wouldn't tell me why. Then later that day I got an alert on my phone that they had tried to take back my deposit off my card. Luckily I keep my card locked when I'm not using it.

VERY DISRESPECTFUL MOTEL 6?
I have never been so belittled in my life i had a maid come to my room on sunday and yelled at me "Oh i know you your the lady that complains alot are you even supposed to be here " other guest came to there doors opened to look to see what was going on as i sat there crying i have never been more embarrassed because she had me confused with someone else
